Quick Facebook question. Webcam related.

So I wanted to post a picture on a friends wall using my webcam.
Click add photo/video but it wants to post it as a video. Is there no longer a picture option? If so when did it change?

Just take the picture on your computer and upload it.
It must be your webcam because I can still upload the way you described it, b.

Just go to my computer > webcam and snap a photo there.
