I bought some vnds Black cement III's a month ago from this dude off ebay. Heres the auction link:

He gives me a usps.com tracking number 7161 0406 7200 0902 2834. It never updates from september 22.

I keep in contact with him heavily through ebay and he gives me some assurance that he's trying to figure this out but no real help from him or uspscustomer service.

Now I go into the pickup post and behold...Rico7JT has a brand new pair of size 12 Black cement III's from no other than Rambo posted on page 72. Nowhe's posting them all over the place here.

Again, Rico I'm not accusing you of any wrong doing...but this is VERY fishy. All of a sudden you have a pair from the same guy I'm waiting to get minefrom and the post office cant find his package for a month.

Have you filed a paypal claim? I know sometimes you just want the product so bad you're willing to wait but at this point it's pretty dang safe to sayyou aren't getting your shoes.

I think what twig was getting at was that he has proof that rico has the same pair that he was trying to buy. Those shoes definitely look like the same pairjust look at the elephant print on the right shoe. Hopefully this gets resolved and twig gets his money back.
 
I've bought shoes from rambo and I know he's legit. I hope this situation turns out well for both parties involved.

so rambo must have more than one pair, since the two pairs are in different conditions. he probably did not scamyou, and he is probably not a fraud.

Rico has nothing to do with your pair...his pair does not give you a reason to believe something is fishy.

^by brand new I meant he just got a pair...and his look exactly like mine and are the same size and appear to be the same condition. It's just a littledifficult to believe it's not the same pair
