We talking about writing lyrics.
And there seems to be this impediment for a few to understand why writing a hook is not equivalent to writing verses.
We're not even talking about what goes in to crafting a song. We talking about writing rhymes.
And again, its not hooks don't matter at all. Its hooks do not matter to this topic.
This is like that one post some idiot made a while back (in a Kanye thread) about he ain't a good producer cuz all he does is sample other songs and doesn't have original production.
Thinking like that shows a clear lack of understanding about hip hop music.
