He didn’t really ‘snitch’ in the first place imo. His lawyer somehow got him an Alford plea, which meant nothing Gunna said or did could be used at trial. Gunna could have been called to testify but he’d be able to plead the 5th to every question.

That’s some impeccable lawyering to pull off an Alford plea in a RICO case.

All he really told prosecutors was that YSL was a gang but nothing is allowed to be used at trial, so it’s not like it had any impact. His lawyer was just a genius.
