So with the whole Thug situation. How is someone classified as a “confirmed” gang member? People are rumored to be in gangs all the time but just wondering how they classify it so he doesn’t unknowingly violate his probation

This is how that part of his sentencing was described:

I’m thinking police records and such. A person can say they aren’t in a gang, but certain tattoos and other factors tell a different story in the laws eye. You’ll be labeled an affiliate. I don’t truly know how it works, just speculation.

Unless Wayne performs nothing but pre Carter 3 stuff who cares. I saw Juvenile and Mannie a few months ago and it was dope. B.G. needs to hit the road with Mannie. I know he couldn't really move around like that but he didn't do anything with that coming home momentum.
