Rap About Nothing: Hip Hop Chat Thread

Which artist stood out more?

Both Buck and Banks were nice on this album. But I got Buck. I think that’s because I went into the album expecting Banks to be the one. Buck wasn’t on a lot of mixtape stuff. I think it was only two or three songs, but he was UTP then. I also think Buck had the better first solo album between him and Banks.

Banks spazzed but Buck for me,made us forget about Yayo for a time :lol

Don't think he gets enough credit these days for his contributions to the group.

Lowkey one of the best compilation albums ever imo

I ain't really like beg for mercy. The singles wasn't good and I was expecting a classic. They got a few mixtapes that's better.
Album was decent. Back then it was bangin. Couldn’t tell me and homies anything different lol. A lot of the songs don’t hit the same today though. But I agree, even back then I felt the mixtapes before were better. The album lacked the fun they were having on the tapes.
