But sp were objectively the better rappers. Argument could be made for better music in general as well…
And werent we supposed to get a sp, lox, dips tour a year or so ago?

But, maturing is realizing how dope some NY artists truly are. And I say that because it truly took for me to get a lil older and mature some to appreciate their music. Of course there were some standouts in my younger days, the obvious ones. I often closed my ears due to some of the beats. A big regret when I got a lil older. I missed out some good runs…Wu Tang, Nas, Mos Def, and some others

I feel this. I’m not playing those songs. Organized Noize got some dope **** but a lot of those beats are too weird for me. Mix that with 3K and Big Boi’s fast flows. I don’t listen to a lot of their music.
Big Boi’s first two solo albums were mad nice though.
Dungeon Family album was money too.

Neptunes ruined damn near half of each Clipse album. LW got so many wack beats.
Can’t compare State Prop to Dipset. They had a few mixtapes and barely any albums.

To Cam's credit, I think he purposely dumbed himself down after S.D.E. He was spitting on those early Clue freestyles.
