It’s the literal site of the re-birth of the KKK. The mountain itself is the largest monument of confederate leaders. It’s grotesque and weird as hell

They def got some lower income complexes in Stone Mountain and Gwinnett, the closer you get to Decatur going west or south…But that doesn’t automatically make the area terrible like these vids claim, for the most part they pretty calm and wayyy less active than the other places it seems like they wanna compete withClayco is a wild place though
But there’s parts of Memorial Drive that’s apart of Stone Mountain, I could see. Near Harrison Road; my old stomping ground.
But for the vast part of Stone Mountain is basically the burbs.
The funny thing is at this point most of these youngins in the video born and raised deep in the burbs…families been there for 20 years plus, they can’t even claim a real connection to any actual trenchez to make em wanna be that way other than being inspired by some rap images and doing it for YouTube/social media

Lots of black folk. Tupac mom got a arts center there on memorial. I think Pac even lived out there when he was alive.
Overall is a pretty chill place. Can get everything you need there. Back when Dekalb County was known as the wealthiest black county in America, some 15-20 years ago.
