Dudes was getting criticized for using samples back then too. For not wanting to pay the originals and I agree. That’s why Juice WRLD didn’t make money off of that Sting sample.
Peter Gunz and Lord Tariq also didn’t make money off of “Deja Vu” either. If you gone sample, pay up. Simple as that
