Von was literally a menace to society. The Chicago Police Department must be severely incompetent. They basically allowed this to happen repeatedly.

From my understanding, Chicago’s police department is severely underfunded, and murder occurs so often that they don’t have the man power to solve a majority of those crimes. I got a potna from the Chi who basically told me that you have an 80% chance of getting away with murder out there because the police just can’t keep up with all the bodies being dropped. Wild as hell, but it explains situations like Von. What’s even more wild is the fact that Von’s just one individual that we know about, and it’s likely that there are madd people on that same type of time that are still walking free.

It’s nasty in Chi. My cuz lives on 90th and Euclid, a safe southside block but it gets bad 10 blocks north or south. Between the weather and stray bullets you couldn’t pay me to live anywhere outside of downtown/south shore etc… I don’t like that Chicago and LA done brought the driveby element to Atlanta. A lot of whips gets sprayed up on the highway now.
