1.2pac
2.Biggie
3.Jay
4.weezy
5.Pun

i think dead rappers get the deceased card sometimes if solija slim was still alive no 16 year old would have a clue whohe is. But real talk wayne has done alot actually he has improved over the years and stuff. What you guys think?

I was going to give my thoughts, but I couldn't think of anything better to say than what Sno Snuff already said

if wayne left the building, it would be like LeBron leaving the building- they got money and talent- but i dont think in 5 years every little kid would say"i wanna be like him"

y'all know you would consider him a legend....just like we mourn proof and such... people just like to put on a front and say they hate weezy

You serious B?

if that lame dunn met his demise b, he'd just be a dead gay dude b...word. how ya favorite rapper a gay crackhead like how is that acceptable b...thats notfollowing tradition b. if this was jeapordy you would be wrong in every category b putting wayne before pun. you cant come to bk b...

yea he is already a legend in the south. Dude already been around more than a decade.

Its like how dudes up north consider Big L, Stack Bundles and other people nobody heard of before they died legends. Wayne has done more to the game then youmight think I mean he invented the word BLING.

So yeah he already a legend in a sense and not even a Big Weezy fan forreal.

I'm gonna go ahead and say YES . . .

As I always say, being a "legend" requires doing something legandary . . . This mans last studio album dropped in 2005, he's managed to headlinemini tours off of nothing more than a crazy work ethic and buzz that started in the street . . . Regardless of how you feel about him, he deffinetly has a HUGEinfluence on hip hop, I mean EVERYone is waiting for his album . . .

I'm not a fan of Wayne because I never really listened to his music outside of Carter 2 a few times, I do have both Dedications on my ipod tho, and I aintgonna say he's flat out wack because that wouldn't be an honest assesment. But how could he NOT be a legend?? Who has done what he has on only amixtape circuit?? Even 50 wasn't nationally recognized, though big in the streets, I mean Wayne could headline a concert in damn near any major city, there's only a handful of rappers can can do that . . .

Give the lil ninja SOME respect . . .

I will do everything in my power to keep Lil Wayne alive.

Why, you ask?

Because...

I'd rather take a full clip for Lil Wayne than see NT overrun w/ MORE (didn't think it'd be possible) "Lil Wayne is the GOAT" topics likelast spring/summer....

Some of them dudes could've put 99% of porn @*!#%!% outta bidness with all the d-ridin' they was doin'.

But to answer your question OP, yes I do think he'd be considered a legend. Not GOAT, but a legend.

Has Wayne dropped a song/album that is renowned as a "classic?"

I don't know...I'm just asking....

think of other rappers who died too early....Biggie, Pac, Big Pun, Big L, etc etc...

don't they all have some tracks or albums that people consider timeless?

Are we gonna be listening to "Go DJ" 15 years from now?

I think he'll be remembered for how long he's been rapping and how his skills got better over time.

Son was a beast on the Squad Up mixtapes, Dedication I & II, Carter 1 & 2....

Some of ya'll are puttin on a show right now. Seriously. The way ya'll hate Wayne (not hate on) but hate him you woulda sworn he would've killedyour first born. He didn't ask if YOU would consider him a legend but if YOU think he would be considered a legend if he died. So naturally my answer isyes. I know people who got dude in their top 5 right now. Yes, he may rap nonsense sometimes but his work ethic or "hustle" is uncanny plus dudemakes good music. I'd rather hear somethin different besides 3 1/2 minutes of straight pointless metaphors all over the place, for a change.

I think I should add though, I'm not a Wayne fan or as NT calls fans...Stans. Thank you.

Hold up, if Lil' Wayne is dropping lines like these all the time, he could obtain legendary status.
