For me a .5 down, but it really depends how do you like your fit, for me I like just a tiny bit room for my toes and most of it snug. 

you went .5 down? or they fit .5 smaller? I like my shoes to have up to .5 a size of toe room. 11 usually gives me that but 10.5 gives me a happy medium with most shoes so I usually go with that.

I am almost always 8.5 in Nike/JB, but 8 in almost all Reebok models, including the Blast.

TTS for me too. The only Reebok I've had any issues with fit-wise are the ERS 1500. A little too tight in the toe box.
