That's African tribal print on the midsole. I think it was designed by Spike Lee. These are the Peace Edition. There's s peace sign and basketball on the straps in the same color as the print on the midsole. On the back it reads Live Together, Play Together. These are my grails! Just picked up a DS pair in March. Will post pics shortly.

I remember getting the White/Black 'One World', and the 'No Wood, No Refs' off eBay for the LOW back when I was in high school (around 05')..Probably one of my greatest steals (both New in box, for about $24.99 each
)..
Still got the Wood ones, Will take some pics later if I get a chance..
I would NOT like to see any of these retro however, these belong as OG's only, a Retro pair of these wouldn't even feel right...
