She was trying so hard to be gaga at 1 point
It's a pink chicken wing.
Guarantee it's a dude running that pageIt was so blatant. Seeing her go from hood Nicki in the Bricks and 5 Star Chick videos to wearing all these colorful costumes and wigs you just knew was carefully done.

This beef pushed me to go listen to old. Nicki
Jeesh what happened. Idc what y'all say, yes she used sex appeal and the fake *** to get on. But ultimately it's was the bars that got people to listen. Before that first album dropped she was spitting jet rocket fuel. She literally took souljas beat. Itty Bitty Piggy was hot. I still remember me doing the weebay gif when I heard that hello good morning verse.
She gone now tho. Her ego to big and I don't think she can rap with Remy, even back in her prime.
I think whoever was YM marketing team decided that letting Nicki stay a hardcore rapper for NY wasn't gonna make enough dough so they turned her into a Japanese themed character rapper and had to push some antics to get a solid fan base to get their money from her ASAP and now that they've got their return on their investment they lettin' her slowly eek back into who she used to be.This beef pushed me to go listen to old. I remember her first verse on "Can't Stop Won't Stop" on Drought 3 and her article in XXL and she was supposed to be this generation's Lil Kim
Word?
I mean I think she can rap, but she has become a cariacture of a rapper and stripper. She's 34, not 24. It's corny to me. I think her time is coming near the end anyway. I think she's always handled her career as being bigger than it actually was.
I think she underestimated how Pop she was becoming. Flo-Rida started rappin' but once he wandered into that Pop stage he smartened up and made his bed there and now he gets bank overseas out round Japan and such.Sounds about right. Super bass ****** around and blew up. She got a taste of that pop lane and got drunk. She overestimated her staying power. Not even drake does that at his level. Son ain't stop working in 8 years.

I think to an extent she "forgot". If you don't use it, you lose itYea he doesn't even try to make rap music anymore he's a pop/EDM artist.
Which is what Nicki was on the verge of becoming but it seems like she had some crisis of faith and decided she wanted to try to be a real rapper again.
It's funny because like Shoeking said, this would've been the perfect opportunity for her just to show much she can really rap.
If she came with a hard record 48 later, she woulda had massive momentum leading into her next album.
