retro 1 2001 limited edition?

i found these and wanted 2 know did they really make these limited under the tongue on the shoe it say 11091 of 14984 can any one help me out withthese

They did have the production # under the tongue, but they werent that limited dude. When they dropped in '01 anybody could've gotten their hands on apair.

I think the only limited pairs were the Japan releases.
