These look good to me. But that doesn't even look like suede anymore because it got wet or something

These could be GM.

The materials used don't seem up to par to my pair (Footlocker) but perhaps they were wet as said by @agsz.

The toeboxes seem odd.

The outsoles are clear, no sign of icy blue.
