this downright funny...what the hell does he mean by see u next year?
laugh.gif
...Like hes in LA is that why?

From what I read, after LA shifted to Ron, Ariza and his agent were basically in panic mode. It's no mistake he agreed to sign on with the Rockets as quickas he did, because, Morey basically guranteed him a starting spot in the lineup, ie, for years to come. So he went that route.

I really curious as to what the opening night roster of the Rockets will be...most Rockets fans probably aren't though lol.

Yeah really.

I wouldn't be surprised if Shane is moved.

So:

PF - Scola

Pretty much the only spot you can pencil in

I'm probably putting way too much trust in Adelman and the roster, but I can see them battling for a playoff spot.

They just got to find a way to land a decent center (Battier?) and I can see them doing it.

ron artest is wearing number 37

the number of times Thriller was number one on the billboard..

lol

Easy, he'll sit on the bench for the rest of the game.

Phil Jackson is coming back.

No joke, I was so happy when Rodman became a Laker.

And so pissed when we didn't keep him.
laugh.gif

Imagine if we did, and he was with us throughout the 3-peat. Dude would have 8 rings, from a back-to-back with one team (Pistons), and 2 different 3-peats(Bulls, Lakers).

And I definitely think we would have still won those 3 if we had Rodman. I don't think he would have disrupted anything at all.

Would have been awesome.. but Dennis was already 38 after he was cut by LA.

There's no way he could have played another 3 years, at least IMO. He looked so bad the next year with Dallas

got ejected more than once cuz it seemed like he didn't want to playanymore

You're right; maybe not the entire 3-peat would be guaranteed, but I definitely think it would have been possible. Playing things out, I think he would have been a starter on the first championship team, under Phil Jackson of course, but his age would have shown to the point where it would have beenobvious that his role would need to be reduced, like AC Green's role as a upper-thirties contributor.

I still think that the ring collecting would have motivated him to keep his body up to par. He didn't give a crap in Dallas because Dallas wasn't goinganywhere, in my opinion.
