Ronnie generated fake hype with "mystery" and "random" QR codes...Everyone has been seeing them all week and thinking "Man, how do I get a code? I need those!!" and being bummed out by being left out. Then Ronnie sends out early access to everyone and they rush to buy a pair. Probably sold more pairs this way then if they just dropped regularly. The fear of missing out gets people.

The FoG Los Feliz gave me similar vibes but obviously different distribution model. Picked up both pairs of those for around $180 vs the $400 MSRP

Got the felts from Lapstone discounted + 30% off about a month after they dropped. Got the beige suede ones from stockx with a bid that totaled the same. Took a few weeks but that hit too.
Doubt that is helpful here given they won't be in any other retail channels, but if the quality is on par with the Los Feliz.... these will be really nice in hand
