Not exactly sure how to go about that, but I think if you use ziploc bags, make sure to take the (humid) air out of it first. You can also toss some silica packets in there to remove moisture. If the air inside the ziploc is moist, that could grow mold.
Yeah I have a solution for that, i.. Er.. I kinda physically suck the air out using my mouth and seal the bag as I'm doing it. Disgusting I know, but it does the job.
