Footactions I don't think do phone orders or online. You have to go to a foot action have them stock locate one for you, then have it shipped to your place.

Hello I have a question.
I fit in vans authentics in an 8.5 and 9.0
I want to know my size for my roshe runs, I recently purchased a sz9 pair, but on the right shoe, it is not very snug and there's material that is just hanging out, and in my opinion, makes the shape of my roshe runs ugly. It's towards the toebox, on the side.
I also fit into the 8.5 roshe runs, but my toes were protruding(popping out) out, so I decided to go with the size 9 so that I wouldn't have that problem. I'm curious as to whether the mesh on the sz8.5 will stretch nicely so that my toes no longer protrude, or should I try buying another sz 9 pair? Thanks so much!
As you can see from the photo above, there is extra fabric.
All advice would be greatly appreciated! I am going to the store to exchange these for an 8.5/9.0

And then its up to manager to "Fulfil the order". If they deem the item "Hot", why send it out so the other store takes the sale? Cancellations and no inventory happens a lot.

IMO it should be fine, you typically don't want to stretch out a pair of shoes to fit, ideally you want it to ft nice&snug "not tight" then as you wear your shoes you gradually break them in so they feel better(the mesh will slightly give a bit& the soles will soften up) making your shoes a more personalized fit for your foot. It makes me laugh seeing all these people on the TR Market place trying to trade/sell their tonals and no one is biting. That's cause they ugly as hell! hahah

It was a very snug fit, but if the mesh gives a bit, then I think they'll work out fine.
It wasn't necessarily tight, I could still move my toes, but only a slight amount.
