RUN with US on INSTAGRAM #NTrunning (NikeTalkRunning)

I've been meaning to ask. Does anyone have any info on these two headsets.

these earphones are straight garbage. the ear clip is supposed to "mold" to the back of your ear but it never does and doesn't hold a grip unless u sit absolutely still.
I'd rather go with the Phillips brand that u posted.

^^^ Thanks for the heads up. I'm looking for a decent pair to run in without spending too much.

My runs were consistently improving until I was able to run 3 miles at at 8min pace which is the best I've ever done. However the past 3 weeks I've been struggling to run at a 9min pace. I honestly don't know what can be causing this. Can I possibly be over training? I am training for fire academy atm and the workouts are high intensity minimal rest workouts. Could it possibly be the weather change and heat?

Nice man. My friend just graduated - One of his running components required him to reach Level 8 on the Shuttle Run/Beep Test and he went to 14.5

I'll say yes. Those hot humid days made it hard to me to get my oxygen level to where I could breathe fluid. Those 80 degree mornings have me winded as I do all my fast pace runs in the mornings. Like you I thought it was me. Some days I felt like a beginner runner as I would pant and struggle to inhale oxygen. The other day the weather was in the low 80s. Man felt alive as I could breathe so well. Long story short, I ran a total of 9 plus miles that day which was a first for me.

Edit: Also make sure to give your body adequate rest when you're not training. Good sleeping and lower body massages can help ease the muscle fibers from being so tense.

This was my furthest run..didn't think I would make it cause I just started back running in June but it felt foot. And yesterday I did a 5mile run so I def feel like superman right now :lol

Today was suppose to be rest day from running but I wanted to get my heart rate up before I lift. Set a PR for the mile 8o

Around 30 bucks or so....

I can tell by your one mile intervals you got looser as you ran. Great pace times and that seventh mile, you were :smokin.

Done and Done!!!! #NTrunningChallenge #RunTheDate :smokin
Broke a couple records and kept a pretty steady pace this time. Not bad for my first 7 mile run.... No pain after my run this morning....I finally mastered my gait cycle.

Ahhh... There are a couple of Bluetooth ones on Amazon in that range. If you're willing to pay double, I'd vouch for the Plantronics Backbeat Fit.

Thanks, Sir! Yeah, I did! My aim was to have a gradual progression in pace compared to the run before with a burst on the final mile.

Congrats on your run! You're bound to get faster! [emoji]128074[/emoji][emoji]127996[/emoji][emoji]128074[/emoji][emoji]127996[/emoji]

Are Nike+ running shoes discontinued? I'm up for a new pair, and I'm having the hardest time trying to find them online...

Yes, the Nike+ chip has been discontinued, so the newer shoes do not have a compartment for it.  Nike has shifted the focus from hardware to software, and focused on the app and partnering with Garmin and Tom Tom and other companies to take care of that for them.

Thanks for the info, bro. Really sucks...I've been using the + chip for close to 5 years.

Only thing I could find were some + enabled lunaracers on Zappos. So I'll probably buy a pair of those later in the week.

Amazon sells this small pouch that you can put on your shoe laces. It holds your chip and you can use it on any shoe not just nike
