In this day and age we are so use to seeing females that are well groomed enough that we don't observe such things.
Was fairly surprised because she didn't even bother covering it up with a sleeved tshirt, instead it was just a tank top, with the hairs clearly sticking out.
Anybody else know people that just don't bother grooming well

Its not that women are solely here to be aesthetically pleasing to us, but if the pits are hairy it raises the question does she care about personal hygiene and if she cant take care of something so simple like passing a razor over her pits one a week, than what else is she neglecting?

you should see the amount of girls with hairy armpits in China. Hairy armpits, picking noses/earwax in public are common. Or at least that's how it was the last time I visited during the summer - 12 years ago.
