School Bus Trip To NYC...HELP!

My college is taking a day bus trip on Friday, April 20th to New York City. Basically we arrive at 11:30am where we get dropped off at Times Square. We get to spend the afternoon in NYC and then at 4:30 we have to meet at the GE Building for a tour of NBC Studios. Im curious about some good places to eat while im there for a few hours and some sneaker spots that arent too far walking distance to hit up and cop some kicks.
