:hat I was so happy to see the team persevere and hold on to win. This team is showing guts and determination, something lacked for years under Wedge and many others.

I feel that baseball managers rarely have the ability to affect games, but a lot of credit yesterday has to be given to McClendon.

Reminder of the early game today! 09:10am(Pacific) first pitch.

Lloyd changing it up.

Willie B at 1st in both the lineup and infield.

Romero in the 4-hole.

No Jones, Saunders, Ackley to start

Arrows :smokin

True to the Plew...

Edit: somewhere I wonder if Geoff Baker is mad at the M's winning. I also wonder now about Wedge quitting, his thing was "stick with the kids," isn't that what Mac is doing?

5 in a row and 3 games above .500. :hat Hopefully it keeps rolling.

And I think Smoak's time is up. If the M's stay on this path, I think they should definitely invest in a bat or two. They have pieces to trade, so ideally, they sign Kendrys as one bat and put him at 1st/DH. Trade Smoak and you have a plethora of options on guys to package. Franklin and an arm or two. Any team looking for lefty bullpen help then ship away Furbush and move Elias to the pen when Walker comes back. Add a minor league arm or two and they should be able to get a decent bat in return. Bolster the lineup and make a push at this baby.

I'm going to start watching Baseball Tonight to see the ache in his face if they keep winning.

Yeah, I hope after tomorrow's draft the move for Kendrys becomes imminent or if the rumors are true for Kemp

Move Elias to the pen? Who's the 5th guy? Young?

Young until Paxton gets back. He's a vet, so I say it's his spot by default, but I'd think that both Walker and Paxton will in the rotation come July, so do they seriously roll with Elias over one of those two? It's that or trade Elias. I don't know exactly, but there are options to bring in a substantial bat if they're serious about getting over the hump. Cano needs someone behind him better than Smoaks .215.

Baker didn't say anything but I'm assuming he thought the M's would have another tank season when he released that article back in December.

Maybe I just have a grudge against him for not voting for Edgar. Thank goodness for USS Mariner and Lookout Landing.

Young probably would get the last spot and I'm not sure I'd agree with that at the moment but maybe that will sort itself out in the coming weeks between on field play and the other two getting healthy.

I'm keeping Elias around, wouldnt be opposed to him being traded but it seems that there's enough in Tacoma and Seattle to package a nice deal for a nice bat.

Possibly package him with Franklin. Its pretty apparent that the M's think that Miller is the futures and Franklin is on the outside looking in.

950 this morning was joking around about how nice it would be to have Nelson Cruz hitting behind Cano even if he only had half the numbers he does now (21 HR's & 55 RBI's). He'd still be leading in HR's. :lol

Think about that though...Cruz hitting behind Cano? Cano would be hitting .400. :lol

We probably would have ruined Cruz if he forced himself to come here
