For the most part many fans believe it's Pete but you gotta give Gus his credit, I dont believe he was a complete yes man. I dont expect a major shakeup on the defensive side after this move****

And just like that, welcome back Dan Quinn!!
The only other guy besides Bradley that Pete kept was Quinn. Whatever worry I had when Bradley left, is now completely alleviated by this quick hire.
Yeah, there couldnt have been a better move imoI remember our D-Line playing great when he was around, and did a good job while at UF. Good move.
I don't think he had much of a chance to return to the team, let alone in a starting role, but thats gotta be the last straw. It's a shame too, he's the only player (next to Tru, your days are numbered too *****) left from the 05 Superbowl run.Police said they responded to Hill's home around 4 p.m. Tuesday. A 26-year-old said she had been assaulted several times and was kept in Hill's home against her will. The women told police that Hill blocked the doorway and took her cell phone. She was able to escape the home when Hill used the bathroom, police said.
Russell, Pete, and Bobby got robbed.
25. Seattle Seahawks | Tavon Austin, West Virginia | WR | 5'9 | 179 | Sr. |
Now that Russell Wilson has emerged as Seattle’s long term answer at quarterback, the team needs to be sure to surround him with weapons. Tavon Austin will be tough to pass up at this spot, especially considering the fact that the Seahawks don’t have a ton of needs to begin with. This is a bit of a luxury pick, but can you imagine Austin in Seattle’s offense? That could be dangerous. Tavon Austin scouting report |

Record: 11-5
Sam Montgomery*, DE, LSU
Seattle's defense was strong overall in 2012, but DE Chris Clemons tore his ACL late in the season and Bruce Irvin is at his best as a sub-package rusher. Montgomery has the size and strength to start opposite Red Bryant and help beef up Seattle's run defense.

END HEADER ANALYSIS
Analysis: Another good spot for someone to call and trade up. As for the pick, if Seattle wants a penetrator on the interior of the D-line, Hankins really isn't that guy. He doesn't have the burst to split gaps and create havoc behind the line of scrimmage. What he can do is occupy multiple blockers, help other rushers find space and better matchups and make the Seahawks more difficult to run against as he holds up blockers intent on getting a body in front of Seattle's tandem of great LBs in K.J. Wright and Bobby Wagner. Hankins is an impact guy when his motor is running and will particularly make a run defense sturdier immediately.
Seattle Seahawks: Bennie Logan, DT, LSU
Seattle's defense is dominant, but one thing the unit is lacking is a consistent interior pass-rushing presence. Perhaps Bennie Logan can fix that. He's one of the top players available.
The Combine is going to dictate this pick for me. Pete "Bazuzu" Carroll is all about building his team on speed, and there's a good chance Logan will run a 4.8 in Indianapolis.
Seattle Seahawks: Gavin Escobar, TE, San Diego State
Here's some more help for Russell Wilson. Despite Zach Miller's heroic conversion on third-and-long early against Washington, the Seahawks could look into bringing in a new tight end.
