SEATTLE SEAHAWKS THREAD

:smokin

That pic makes me appreciate even more what Russy the God does at his size.

And makes me wish Pryor will be utilized some how some way. His size and athletic ability should be taken advantage of. Whether its jet sweep/optioning the hell out of defenses or kickoff/punt returning, he needs to used.

Pryor should make that switch to the outside, he would be a problem out there especially in the redzone.

Pryor is an inch taller than CJ81 and the same weight also ran a 4.38 40 time. He could definitely be a major threat

I like Pryor's attitude and work ethic, and he really came to play last year in Oakland. Nonetheless, count me skeptical that he's going to be able to make a successful position switch at this point in his career. I feel like it almost never works.

I also think he was brought in to compete as a backup QB.

No way Pryor would make anything more than an average receiver. I think he'll end up as backup QB and KP will go to practice squad or get cut

Plus it seems like we have lots of guys at all the positions he would play....  WR, KR/PR, RB...

I dont think him being a WR or H-Back is realistic at the moment, maybe in the future, but not now.

But imagine the Percy jet sweep play but with the option to pass.

The same play that Randle-El got us with in Superbowl XL :{

Pryor misses a lot of passes, but he should be able to hit a 50 yd wide open receiver all day!

I do still think him being a returner isnt out of the question.

I dont see him taking TJax spot

Im still lost as ever where TP2 fits because I never expected him to make a position switch

Im assume they carry 3 QB's and maybe maybe....maybe Keith or BJ on the PS

He's only 24 though :lol
He has played WR a lil bit before and has crazy football ability

I know, but can he run NFL routes?  Can he catch?  Feel like at this level it's so hard to compete at a position beyond just being a great athlete.

Not to mention he's behind:

Percy

Kearse

Baldwin

Richardson

Rice

Norwood

Lockette....

If we go 25 O / 25 D that last spots probably between TP and Sid. Sid could start the year on the PUP though but he's suppose to be ready week 1. I don't see Lockette making this roster.

I'm starting to love the PRich pick. Gonna stretch the field and help the run game even more. His size concerned me but he played at 160 at CU and is now 183, hopes to be 190 by camp. If CMike breaks out too 8)

Im sure Lockett makes the team as a special team player.
Also about Pryor. Obviously we don't know to much about him playing reciever, I could only find 1 video of him catching a pass, and the defense was :x
But hey obviously Peter and Johnny saw something in him and they know what they want
