If you want to try the best sandwiches in SF, go to Roxies.

If you want pizza, go to Blondies in SF or Berkeley

And please please please go to C.R.E.A.M in Berkeley, best ice cream sandwiches ever.

Eww....you can find a lot better Asian food in the real Asian Ghetto in the Town.
lol, I know it's only good if you're on a budget. other joints around Telegraph are Topdog, Fatslice etc. IMO Sushiboat in the city is better than the one in Berkeley.

There's this BBQ spot on Telegraph in North Oakland called the Brick Pig's House. It's got 4.5 stars on yelp with over 300 reviews...might wanna check that out. Also, if you're in the city, gotta stop by San Tung to get some of their famous chicken wings/diced chicken that's been dry fried. It's crack-tastic.
