They will never give us reparations. That would mean America actually admitting to the atrocities it committed to our ancestors and that's never going to happen.
They are countries in Africa that are welcoming African Americans to come back home. Ghana is for sure doing this. I am definitely moving back at some point.

You need to read and then re-read what I posted. I specifically said the two situations are different in HOW REPARATIONS were handled and THE CONTEXT BEHIND THOSE REPARATIONS . I NEVER said anything about one party deserving it and the other doesn’t. I simply outlined the differences between the two.
Again, in regards to reparations differences between Holocaust survivors and AA, I said the Jewish people had powers act on there behalf WITHIN 10 YEARS of the end of WW2 so a lot of those who DIRECTLY SUFFERED from it, were given reparations. In that situation, they had literal refugees benefiting from what happened to them.
VERSUS AA, who have not had ANY POWER act on there behalf since the “end” of slavery. I said that ACTUAL SLAVES, AS IN THE PEOPLE WHO WERE WHIPPED, TREATED INHUMANE AND FORCED TO WORK FOR PEOPLE AGAINST THEIR WILL ARE LONG GONE AKA LONG DEAD. NOT that the effects of slavery are long gone.

Okay, what does them being LONG GONE/DEAD have to do with anything??? The profits from slavery, owners, etc are DOCUMENTED. So therefore, there’s a paper trail. Period. You saying LONG GONE, yet white families still are profiting off slavery, so, you are an IMBECILE. I do not care about powerful countries, 10 years after the fact, paying for war crimes.
White Americans simply do not want to pay up. Period. The majority of these major US corporations profited off slavery. Many Fortune 500 companies, with stock market listings PROFITED. Many college universities, PROFITED. And they’re still up and running today. But, your idiotic self talking about the days are long gone.
Apartheid in South Africa took place within the same time frame as the holocaust but hey, the days are LONG GONE and they don’t deserve money.

I was thinking about investing in property somewhere on the westcoast of africa hopefully sooner than later but like u said ghana was offering dual citizenship to blacks across the world to come move there starting this year
I breezed thru some of the comments 1 dude asked what african country would be held accountable if anything my guess would be nigeria or ghana first & foremost

Alotta African countries dont even really own their own land to give out reparations...remember the continent got hit with the double whammy back to back, slavery then right to colonization...most countries aint even been truly independent for more than 30 years

I have a few thoughts on this...
-they've already received casinos and reservations
-would this also include those living in squalor in cages, sleeping on the ground at the border that orangeade insists on breaking mentally?
-truthfully, the govt is illegal and they should receive actual real reparations and be able to set up their own govt but that's not going to happen.
-stop including everybody else in the mix when it comes to doing things for black ppl that black ppl have been fighting for and have been vocal about.
its a separate conversation. period. if she doesn't get that then she's not the one. pay attention and choose wisely, ppl.

that's not our problem. i'm not basing my reparations on the fact that the u.s. may not be able to afford certain things. my ppl couldn't afford certain things yet here we are.

I've said this before but Ghana is a great place to check out if you coming from here and looking into Africa...Safe for the most part, english speaking, stable economy, and if you live in the big city (Accra) you wont miss much that you have in the states ...And they been encouraging tourism from the diaspora for a while now so its all luv out there
