if my hair is long enough where i end up with bed head in the morning... then morning.

i do both
in the morning it helps me wakeup and feel clean throughout the day
and at night i NEED to shower before going to sleep
if i dont i feel like theres germs and bacteria and dead skin and dirt all over my bed and im just laying in it
