That's what the original plan was until the sex assault case, then they tried to disassociate him from the shoeand used the huarache logo instead. Early fakes on ebay actually had the 8ball on the heel.

Also should have been the official Zoom Kobe 1. But I still treat them that way since Nike designed 2K4 and 2K5 to Kobe.
