You can bring ANY gsm phone and it'll work with their service. Metro pcsOperates on cdma and wont connect things like a iphone or a g1 or 9700

I dont believe you will get the iPhones 3g to work on this plan.

it will work, da question is will it work with 3g speeds..and that i doubt unless iphones run on a 1700 band.

I carry simplemobile at my store. It uses Tmobile coverage and has 3G. But you need a phone that's Tmobile to achieve 3G speeds. I've sold quite a few HD2's on it and it works blazing fast. Most people get it for the iPhone though. It does run on Edge, but it's fast enough to stream YouTube.Great deal for $60
