size check for VI & XVII CDP

can anyone school me how the vi and xvii fits? i kept hearing the vi runs big and the xvii runs small. i wear a size 9 but since my local store sold out the9s, so should i get the 8.5 or 9.5? thanks in advance.

Retros may be different, but my OG XVIIs seem to run a little on the small side. So, you might be better of with a 9.5.

I agree with swingshot about the 17s. The VIs fit true to size.

xvii's are pretty narrow but vis run true

the 17 is a snug shoe, if you take off the cover they feel better imo. as for the 6's they are perfect in every way.
