Sizing and fitting on 1999 Nike Air Jordan retro iv cement

Wassup NT fam. Anyone with 99's or remember if they we're a real snug fit compared to TTS. I wear size 9.5 and in some 99 white cements I just bought recently, they are really snug on my feet. Almost like I should of gotten a 10 to feel like a 9.5. Was this how it was for the 99 pairs? I compared them to my CG 4's, Mars, and CDP's and it's noticeably more snug.

They fit TTS. I got both pairs...

Thanks for the reply. Maybe its just me. I got both 99's also, but its not like they are a size smaller. More so like a more snug feeling compared to my other 4's

The 99 retro IV white cements fit true to size,
Just like the 2012 retro IV white cements.
i have both in size 11. Though the shape
If my 99 retro looks more bulky over the
Years.

Then I guess that means I'm gonna have to sell my Black Friday IVs to try and cop a 13.5 for reseller prices
