Sneaker spots in Virginia Beach/Norfolk area?

Imma need this in july my sisters stationed up there.... which spot gets the nicest selection of releases?

I'd probably say Military Circle Mall in Norfolk. Between all the shoe spots there, they get the most pairs in the area
