Some people where saying in this thread we don't come through on pre-orders just wanted to update everyone. This was from the past grape release. Over 100+ pre orders covered. On a highly sought after shoe as well.

qftNobody cares about the times you came through; people want to know about when you didn't. Go back through the thread and address the people who had a preorder that you didn't fulfill. Also address the people who didn't receive a timely response when you owed them a refund.

Also anyone for any reason that hasn't got a pre-order from us or needed a refund we took care of. We try to hook people up as much as possible... like i've stated in previous posts.
Furthermore, like any company out their simple mistakes can be made. I'm sure any one reading this has ordered from nikestore.com, footlocker.com, etc and they messed up. Heres an example: I know a friend who recently tried to order phoenix sun barkleyposites from footlocker.com and he got an email 2 days later saying his order was cancelled because they over sold their stock and didnt receive a refund for about a week!
i was just posting updates , as long as this thread is open to post, i'll keep posting updates of what we are doing. We sold over 100+ pairs of grapes with hard work and dedication so figured i'd post it because we aren't out here scamming people or taking advantage. Just trying to provide a service to people who don't have access to sneakers like we do or who are just tired of dealing with the nonsense of releases.
Back several months ago it was mainly me running the show, now i have a staff of people on payroll who help with everything on a day to day basis such as, answering emails, shipping, working sneaker events, inventory etc etc

he wanted them last minute and i stop taking "requests" or orders a day or two before the release. my buddy is a size 13 so especially on that size i need like a week heads up to lock up the pair or get an extra body to camp.just curious about your story.... if he is a friend why didn't he just order from u instead of ftl?
Sneaker yeti is a scumbag...I ordered a pair of sneakers before the release date bc he said he had them "in hand"..I called him numerous times the next day to find out when they would ship out and he finally texted me back that they were a "pre order"...I was baffled...I told him I was not interested in a pre order and wanted to cancel my order....mind you, this was three weeks before the release date, so he had plenty of time to cancel my order. Instead, he ignored 3 requests via email and text to cancel my order, and finally got back to me a month later telling me that the shoes were shipped after I had already gotten them from someone who is reliable and that communicates with their customers (not just when it's beneficial for them to do so). In the end, the loser needed to make $150 profit on me, which would have been fine if he really had sent the sneakers 3 days after I ordered them, like his website originally said...instead, now I have a second pair of these sneakers which I don't want...I hope he bought an English book with his $150 profit bc the grammar on his website is that of either a mongoloid or a 6 year old .
Wow. I saw some posts on eBay from him and thought they were legit smh
