The only thing I don't like about Mayor Nutter is his stupid %%# "stop-and-frisk" law he brought out.
Yeah I agree and its ashamed its mostly black neighborhoods where they enforcing it. Even if it looks like a good idea if your only doing it forthe most part to one group of people its going to start problems.
