Pay off my current home, and rent it out immediately.
Mortgage a new house, and let tenants at my old property pay for our new home.
$100,000 to my parents, $50,000 to the inlaws
$25,000 for my family to enjoy (travel, shopping, ect.)

$100,000 goes into high interest savings for emergency.
$500,000 goes into high interest savings for my daughters.

No new car purchases.
Still work and live off my salary while keeping health insurance, and still building my retirement.
