Something Isn't right about Kendrick Johnson Death....................

CNN is reporting on the story now on national tv.     CNN just said the US department of Justice is now taking the case over.     looks like it was cover up since the new info is coming out from the paramedics report that he had bruising on his face when he was found.

but at least it would satisfy the community and give them a chance to apologize to the sheriff's department for falsely accusing them. ;)

"there is evidence of a videotape of the Old Gymnasium, but has this piece of evidence been tampered? "

^^^^ It's stuff like this that pisses me off. What evidence is there of a videotape?

I see ur still in here uncle tomin it. Your parents must be so proud. I highly doubt u would apologize to anyone when the justice dept. finds foul play but of course u expect others to apologize for being suspicious about a shoddy investigation. What horrible people those are smh. Keeping living in ur lilly white world where authority never needs to be checked and everything out of a cops mouth is gospel. You are a dispicable individual and I feel sorry for your mother. Btw who apologized to the family for botching the investigation of their child's death? Of course u assume the racist police in that town are most deserving of an apology. Says a lot about ur character.

Oh and when some claims evidence is tampered with or destroyed your response is to ask for proof of destroyed evidence. Are u really that dense? You sound like an illiterate 12 year old.

The autopsy saying it was not an accident is from an independent source after the family exhumed the body. They paid Forensic Dimensions to examine him.

I'm not sure if it's relevent....but the family is biased in their opinion and paid for an autopsy that miraculously supports that opinion.... eh

The Justice Department gets to decide if they want to further investigate....

Sad to see the comments talking about "Get over it" and "Move on" somebody's life has ended and there is speculation of foul play and inconsistencies in the story but hey, he's a black kid so lets just move on :{ I swear people who hide behind their keyboards are pathetic. I hope all evidence comes to light. Regardless of color, no child should be murdered, especially in a place where it's supposed to be safe

that's how it sounded to me... and i don't care if you were following case before thread or not....

Well you sound like an idiot for even bringing this up. Apparently that's how it sounds to the majority of us. Can't wait for your response! Well really not really....

Crazy how this story is picking up again. Looks like it was murder after all and the state of Georgia is covering it up for some reason.

glad its being brought up again

justice needs to be served, i was mad as hell when i read this. sad nothing has been done yet.

Anyone with common sense knows this was murder.

I feel so bad for the mom and dad....:{

Happy to see this story isn't being swept under the rug...The media needs to put more pressure on the school and police department.

Two facts make me think this case is overblown.

1. The local PD turned the investigation over to the state early on. That's the exact opposite thing a department would do if they were trying to pull a coverup.

2. The investigator who concluded foul play was paid by the family.

Where is the common sense today? He was reaching for a pair of sneakers and fell head first into rolled up wrestling mats and suffocated ,really? Looking at the CNN video and how the local police dropped the ball with the shoe with the red stains, the hoody, and the blood on the wall is really infuriating.

That sherrif reminds of every movie I've seen with a small town Sherrif who is corrupt and or inept. I hope everyone involved in this gets what is coming to them. Forget black and white, that is someones child. How the hell can they say a kid as big as him fell in head first into some damn mats :{. His whole body fit perfectly in there like that? That has to go against all laws of physics. Even if he fell in them :rolleyes, you telling me this kid couldn't roll the mat out?
