I believe those are the Mayan guns. That's why Nero and that other Mayan president were meeting Robocop in the shop in a previous episode. When SOA killed the dudes that were planning a coup on Tyler, it was the Mexican guns that they were trying to take. That's why the Mayans were there with Robocop when his dirty cops were cleaning everything up. I have no idea why they're watching it though
