Nah I remember the final fight scene and the bank robbery too. Train fight was just really good. Other good parts, I try to ignore snuggle tooth but the GG stuff wasn't bad either.Funny that's all ppl remember from SM2, but eh. Outside of Ock, movie wasn't all that great.
Peter magically losing his powers and retaining them without any explanation.
From the cartoon and comics I thought they were going one way but it never got an explanation. I think Raimi said it was a confidence thing. **** was stupid it got no explanation. He practically makes the movie. Not MJ complaining about plays and ****, and Peter magically losing his powers and retaining them without any explanation.

Doc Ock makes the movie the same way The Joker makes TDK.
It did get an explanation, not to the molecular or scientific level but it's just the struggle to be Peter and live a normal life or be Spiderman and ruin Peters life. It was a mental thing, in a way yeah confidence but that was a given and implied.
Don't think they are, might be on netflix. From the cartoon and comics I thought they were going one way but it never got an explanation. I think Raimi said it was a confidence thing. **** was stupid it got no explanation.

In the cartoon, his DNA was just mutating further I believe and he turned into the man-spider
BTW, are those cartoons on DVD yet? I seriously need to rewatch them.
Yeah in a thematic way it was explained but it never was addressed verbally I think. Mind you I was just watching parts of the movie on tvIt did get an explanation, not to the molecular or scientific level but it's just the struggle to be Peter and live a normal life or be Spiderman and ruin Peters life. Anyone here knows if this is going to be a Trilogy or will there be more?
