Sriracha: The greatest condiment?

The only times I use siracha now is to make spicy mayo or put on some Chinese takeout if I don't have some hot sauce packets.

^
When I was looking up how to make spicy tuna rolls that's what the recipes told me. Not sure if that's how they make it at sushi places. At the supermarket they sell bottles of siracha mayo.

A while back at an old job I bought that chilli garlic sauce and put it in the communal fridge. It got bodied mad quick. Everyone took turns brining a new bottle in. It became a staple.

^ my mom loves that sauce. I don't like the smell of it, smells just like sriracha. make me want to yack!

Perspective because I feel like they are uniquely different in taste and smell.

But I guess I can see why someone would think otherwise if they don't mess with them like that. (NOT a knock)
