stains on mpls ZK1s

I know this is in the wrong forum (I think?), but no one ever posts in the sneaker maintance thread, so no one answered my reply hahaha...
Just wondering if any of you guys had tips on restore these? I tried to cleaning my midsoles, but I think the dirt from them stained the nubuck and then I just made it worse by using an oxyclean paste to scrub into the stains....

as you can see the nubuck is discolored like hell now.

Will it restore the general "feel" of the nubuck? Cause its really rough right now.
