Man.......some of this EP was

Some of it missed too, but overall it was a great effort. My first thought/reaction was annoyance to go straight to lightsaber fight in a shadow realm......but, as the EP continued, I started to change the way I thought about it.

My biggest hope was hearing/seeing Anakin explain some of his failings. Try to reach us/Ahsoka on that level. I didn't want Hayden back to watch him laser sword fight again.

But.....it is their form of identity. It's how they fight, and protect. And in this, even shows where they are in their lives with the color changes.

The flashbacks were really cool. Big budget EP for sure. He's almost as Clone Wars as George is and you can feel that.

Jacen bein force sensitive is making me giggle. They just taunting me now.

I might be asking too much.......maybe they'll break my heart again ......but since we really really really limiting the Thrawn exposure........Thrawn series? Please?

If I had to guess, I’m thinking Thrawn/Ezra finally show up second to last episode with the last episode provident more dialogue and interaction with them. Episode 5 was good though. Filoni really cooked, was truly beautiful television at times.

I’m surprised they’d go the movie route with Lando when SOLO didn’t do that great, unless it’ll be a Disney+ exclusive instead of a theatrical.

Solo was pretty bad but I liked most of the supporting cast and wanted to see more of them

Lando and that droid, Khalessi being an underworld criminal, Vision being a criminal kingpin, etc.

Dude who played Han just sort of ruined it which led to this long cool off period

I liked how in their last interaction, (duel with red saber anakin) Ashoka’s eyes turn sith yellow for a quick second. She is a product of her training but also helps us understand that we all are capable of evil. Ani’s padawan and his son grew wiser from the older generation

Man, look.......10 years ago I opened Twitter and boom, Disney buying Lucasfilm. This thread was opened in seconds and I've been salivating ever since. They didn't do what I had hoped for, but it's ok because we have THIS going on.

They took a cartoon and have brought it to life. They have Hayden Christensen acting as Anakin again. I mean, **** .........

And more than anything......they brought Thrawn. Grand Admiral Thrawn. The best character since 1991. And I just saw dude in live action and he was perfect. They kinna gave him Dalaa's secluded background but that's whatever.

Ahsoka, Hera, Sabine, Ezra, Zeb, Chopper, and Thrawn.

Complain, fuss, b**** all you want about what they have or haven't done (we all have) but they've unlocked a vault and delivered content beyond our wildest dreams. I've been reading about Thrawn for 30 years and TODAY he spoke thru my TV.

I will never forget this episode.

There is like 75 full novels they can go off of. I could write 20 films off the top of my stupid head there is so much material to choose from. There are comics they can go off of, there are the clone wars cartoons you could base off of.

They could jump ahead years after Jedi, they could jump back hundreds of years and start pre Vader era. They can do ANYTHING. Long as it has Sith, Jedi, lightsabers, and **** like that, they can just have my money.


I NEVER thought Lucas would sell. This is unbelievable. I'm so freaking geeked right now.

Thrawn, Mara Jade, Yuuzhan Vong, planet of the Sith, Talon Karde, Palleon, Jacen, Jaina, Anakin (not that one) the characters are ENDLESS.

This is an amazing day.
