I usually don't like competitors' physiques, but this guy's body is ridiculous. Very proportional and symmetrical. He's listed as 5"10, but looks way bigger. He's actually zyzz's idol apparantly. I can't blame him either.

Haha yeah it was pretty gay. That's why I didn't embed it. It's a competition though so it would be in his benefit to put on a show and make him stand out to the audience and judges. He has dreads though, does it make it a bit less gay??

Are there any protien pills, or are they all pretty much in a liquid/powder form, and is that the best way to digest it?
As far as vitamins I usually take the GNC multi-sport vitamins.
I feel like Im not getting enough protien at all tho as I stopped drinking shakes about a year ago, kuz all I have heard were negatives from it.
