Can someone point me in the direction to a good workout regimen? I`m not looking for anything super advance.

This is one of the best routines for strength training, but it's supposed to be used to bulk up and put on weight, he said he wanted to burn fat and tone.

Do starting strength for a few months if you want to gain a solid strength base, but you're supposed to bulk and eat a %*%@ ton on this, and will gain some fat as well, which if you're not trying to do, then you need a different routine.
Try a 3 day split or something and throw in boxing and\or HIIT in there as well if you're trying to tone up.

Knocked out my personal best today on the leg press, 320lbs. I felt like I can do more, but I had to to cardio (elliptical and tread) right after, and maaaaan did my legs feel like noodles

anyone try APE by AEN? been using it for a week. i had pornstar sex and want to give credit to it.

too much raging. hopefully i'm back to my old form by coachella.
 
Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm now 262 down from 296 at the beginning of October (Off and on till early february). Had me like

because I was 268 only last week.

Last time I was this weight was JV football I was 264lbs. in 10th grade (8 years ago).

My schedule as it stands right now is M/W/F bodyweight excercises, Tue Run some laps around a local park and then finish with uphill sprints, Thur 9 mile hike, Saturday either stationary bike and a bit of lifting or pushups sorta throughout the day.

Aiming to be in the low 230's by June and sub 200 by the time October rolls back around. Probably going to buy a bicycle in the near future since I've been carless for about a year.

I have the luxury of being able to prepare all my own food so I rarely have to worry about consuming things that are outside of my diet. I've cut almost all dairy out (only greek yogurt and some cheese every now and then). Have really cut down on carbs, max 1 slice of bread per day, rarely have rice but if I do it's always brown rice and aiming towards some higher fiber fruits, veggies, and legumes.
 
I need to stay in this thread for a while.. I need to lose 20 pounds and stay in shape if I want to get back in the ring again. My instructors are all mad at me cause I put my weight back on

Love EC stack. Doing a mini-cut right now. 2nd week on it. This is the first time I've done it while on IF and carb cycling, and the fat is literally melting off. I haven't been this lean in a very long time.

i dont have a gym right now. can anyone help out with some chest exercises at home?

all i've been doing for the last 3 month is running, bball, pushups, sit-ups and squats. dropped from 217 to 190.

trying to get rid of these B-cups.

Currently on EC as well... Am I the only one not able to hit my full intensity in the gym as far as pushing out the usual weight and reps? On leg days when I am squatting I feel like im damn near going to pass out.

Is anyone else really picky about the brand of caffeine? I can't do the cheap WG generic stuff. No Doz only.
 
in regards to the few guys asking about abs, the ab program from p90x (ab ripper x, i believe its called) is good. i also feel like hanging knee raises and wheel rollouts are great overall ab/oblique exercises.




*not sure if anybody here has a definitive answer on the subject, but my bro froze his reconstituted hgh by accident. when thawed is it fine? damaged? or straight up worthless? have seen some varying answers on the subject, was just wondering if anyone in here has a concrete answer, thanks.
