I'm trying to get that 6 pack by summer of 2010. I got 2 now, the other 4 are on layaway.
Sunday is the only day that I don't go to the gym, and sometimes I feel like I've been lazy of it.
Remember that Rome wasn't built in a day. You didn't get fat in a day and you won't get fit in a day.
