Strange Noises WORLD WIDE....

I had been seeing videos about this for some months now. It sounds pretty creepy and almost unreal. When I first heard the sound it just seemed like the sound was added to the video because it just sounds so clear..hard to describe.
not sure what it could mean but its very interesting. Reminds me of Godzilla�

This is Costa Rica but there are different videos of different countries with the same exact sound!!!!!!

It could be a hoax....
someone claimed have made a video and others followed. Then there is real news and accounts of these sounds so it could be legit.

   Idk it happen in a baseball game too and the commentators were talking about it so idk...

Maybe it doesn't happen as often as it seems (not that serious?)... they say it could be radio frequency or some %#$% like that but I think things are about to get real....quick
