They killed cornbread!

they filmed parts of it in Hackensack, for the Nj heads (main st and bus terminal)

That's most likely Prozys Army & Navy surplus store that closed down some years ago.

underrated hood classics are "Fresh" and "Deep Cover"

One more, Waist Deep. By the way, anybody know the song on 2:05 of the preview? I remember being in the movie theater and hearing this like, "damn, this song knocks". This song was quaking on the surround sound.

i've honestly never heard of this movie..

imma look for it when i get to the crib.

but like homie said, keep the recommendations coming.

Cornbread, Earl, and Me is a "hood classic" ? No. It's just a good movie. Same with Jason's Lyric. People in here just naming movies with black people. :smh:

3 strikes
New Jersey drive
Fresh
South Central

All hood classics
New Jersey Drive is the best hood movie to be ever made (as in number one) because If your from the hood/familiar with the hood you know how authentic it was nothing was forced or contrived besides the carjackings which were Newark's own thing everything was universal hood activities.
