I haven't faced any high level Dhalsim that Ning probably has but I have to agree with Ken's V skill helping against the ones I've faced.
As for them getting nerfs, Capcom said they aren't doing any balance changes until after the Pro Tour each year and only one balance change per year unless its a bug or glitch with a character.
So this is how it's going to be until the next season

When I was younger still had my bachelor-esque loft, I had a custom built arcade cabinet, but I preferred an actual controller. The joystick is just ideal for the ham-fist button mashers to master moves more quickly.

I'm not even that good, I get away with a lot of week 1/first month gimmicks. Bison is pretty easy to figure out.

Aiming for Super Bronze next but not sure I'll get to silver.
I don't get enough time with this game. Every time I play the game, I need at least half an hour in training mode to get the muscle memory on point.

I feel like people get away with a ton of unsafe stuff on me so I'm still in that "what can I punish with SPD" phase.
I kept getting matched up with the same person who disconnected when he lost, and stayed online if he won. We played hella times last night

In the lab with Bison. Trying to get the muscle memory down on these combos until it becomes second nature, then Ima fish for crush counters all day. The damage is insane, sheeeeeeeesh.
