Style code??? Selling in StockX help please

My authentification was denied because the style code didn’t match. What does that mean? The shoe label to match the box label? I have multiple pairs of the shoe I sold so I need the exact box??

But yah....why'd you switch boxes? That would fail authentication.

If you sold multiples and shipped them at the same time then you might have put the wrong paper in the wrong box

Infrared 6. I have 2 pairs. So I saw a box with infrared and used it.
So now I know which box to use. I’m gonna have to list the shoes again though?

I have 2 pairs on infrareds. I guess they need the exact box they came with even though it’s still an infrared box. I do t keep my shoes in the boxes so...I did t know

Yeah. Did you have 2 different iterations of infrareds 2019 and 2014? That would definitely be a huge flag.

I have 2 pairs of the 2019. And a pair of 2014. I just looked up the code. I sent the effing 2014 box on accident. So now I have to do it all over again. No big deal
